Deal AI, NDAs before anyone sees a deal, AI summaries of financial documents, an MCP server that connects your deals to Claude, and automatic redaction of sensitive data.
Ask plain-language questions about a deal and get answers drawn from its requests, files, Q&A and comments, with links to the sources.
Turn on "Require NDA to join" when you create a deal, or later in its settings, and new members sign a mutual NDA before they can see anything. They confirm their name, title and company, see a preview of their signature and agree — when accepting the invite, or from a prompt on the deal page — and get access straight away. Keep reusable NDA templates in Settings, and see every signature with its details in the deal's NDAs drawer. A signed PDF is emailed to the owner and the signer.
When you upload an LOI, term sheet, P&L, balance sheet, bank statement or tax return, Vetting Vault builds a short summary with the key figures for that kind of document. Open it from the sparkle on the file, see the headline figure next to the filename, and click "Ask Deal AI about this file" to dig in. Financial analyses such as EBITDA bridges and working-capital schedules get a summary of their own.
Vetting Vault now has its own MCP server — the open standard AI assistants use to connect to other software. Subscribers can plug it into Claude on the web or desktop as a connector: copy the server URL from Settings → AI Connect, add it in Claude, sign in and approve. Claude Code, scripts and other MCP-compatible tools connect with a personal API token instead.
Once connected, you can work on your deals from the assistant you already use, without uploading anything to it. Ask it to:
So you can ask Claude to compare the tax returns against the P&L or summarize what has arrived this week, working from documents it reads straight out of Vetting Vault. Everything stays within your own access: the assistant sees only the deals and files you can see, and the Connected AI apps list in Settings shows every connected app and lets you disconnect any of them.
When uploading a PDF, tick "Redact sensitive information" and Vetting Vault removes Social Security and Employer ID numbers — plus phone, bank account and card numbers if you choose — before the file is stored. Only the redacted version is kept, and the file is marked Redacted.
